Brain Trust IP provides professional assistance in preparing, filing, and managing intellectual property applications. Our services constitute professional assistance and do not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. We are not a law firm.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Registration, approval, or grant of any intellectual property right is subject to the discretion of the relevant statutory authority. Brain Trust IP does not guarantee any particular outcome, timeline, or result. Our fee covers the service of advisory, preparation, and filing only.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information. You warrant that you have the right to file the application and that the mark/work/invention submitted does not infringe third-party rights. Brain Trust IP is not liable for misrepresentations made by users.

5. Payment and Refunds

Fees paid for services are subject to our Refund Policy. Professional service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Government fees paid to statutory authorities are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us as confidential. Documents and data submitted will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of rendering the requested services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Trust IP's liability shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
